Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- NQF Level 4 (NQF Level 6 preferred).
- Motor industry or aftermarket parts experience (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of stock and inventory processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including reach trucks.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Advanced numerical, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery safely and handle heavy lifting.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Carry out day-to-day warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to inventory handling rules to minimise stock loss and damage.
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.
- Ensure efficient movement, packaging, and labelling of stock.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly, never leaving it unattended.
- Achieve set efficiency KPIs while maintaining accuracy.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy at all times.
- Conduct stock counts, verifications, and inspections.
- Escalate discrepancies promptly and assist with root cause analysis.
- Safeguard inventory by following security protocols.
Discipline & Work Standards
- Arrive punctually and adhere to shift schedules.
- Follow instructions efficiently, ensuring no delays in processes.
- Maintain professionalism, honesty, and respect for colleagues.
- Uphold company disciplinary and diversity policies.
General Maintenance
- Support overall warehouse upkeep and cleanliness.
- Follow strict health and safety practices.
- Participate in CDC (Central Distribution Centre) maintenance activities.

Education
