About the Opportunity

Phakisa Holdings is looking for a reliable and experienced Picker, Packer & Driver to join our operations in Port Elizabeth. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, allocate, and process incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Process GRNs and communicate shipment updates to relevant stakeholders
• Label and store goods in designated warehouse locations
• Deliver orders to customers safely and on schedule
• Track shipments and follow up on outstanding deliveries
• Understand trip sheets and assist with route planning
• Conduct stock counts and assist with stock control
• Handle and process non-conforming items
• Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Must reside in or around the Port Elizabeth area

Advantageous

• Forklift Driver Licence
• Valid PDP
