Job Purpose

The role involves operating a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) safely and efficiently to move, load, and transport stock within the Distribution Centre. The position requires ensuring accuracy, productivity, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate PPT equipment in line with company and safety procedures
• Transport pallets and stock to designated warehouse areas
• Assist with vehicle loading, offloading, and stock handling
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety standards in the workplace
• Support stock counts and perform other warehouse duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid PPT license or certification
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience (advantageous)
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
