Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep things moving on the production line? We’re looking for a dedicated Operator in the Slicing Department to help ensure our production runs smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating slicing equipment to ensure optimal capacity utilization
- Following all safety procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs)
- Keeping your workstation clean and organized (housekeeping)
- Actively participating in daily team meetings (Invocoms)
What You Bring to the Table:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a hot, noisy, and dusty (flour) environment
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Accountability and a continuous improvement mindset
Work Conditions:
- 6-day work week
- Factory environment (exposed to heat, noise, and flour dust)
