BMW is offering a hands-on, three-rotation Co-op experience blending quality and process engineering in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. You’ll work on small-scale projects and shadow experienced engineers to gain practical, real-world skills.

You’ll Work On:

• Daily production reporting & quality meetings
• Designing ergonomic/process improvement tools
• Time studies & feasibility reports
• Using quality tools like PFMEA and data analysis

What You Bring:

• Pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 3.0+ GPA & 30+ credit hours completed
• Microsoft Office proficiency; quality tools knowledge a plus
• Willingness to commit to three co-op rotations (Fall/Summer/Spring)
• Must be a full-time student during all rotations
