Position Overview

Sappi is seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals for full-time General Production Worker positions at the Westbrook, Maine facility.

This role involves working in a manufacturing environment operating and supporting industrial production equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Stable work history (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong safety record and awareness
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write in English

Preferred Experience

• Production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Experience operating large industrial equipment/machinery
• Basic computer literacy
• Forklift or Clamp Truck experience and/or license

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Starting Pay: $21.94 per hour
💰 Post-Training Pay: Up to $29 per hour (depending on position)
