iqbusiness South Africa is searching for a Project Administrator to join our Sample Operations Team. This is your chance to step into a role where organisation meets impact. You’ll coordinate fieldwork, manage project documentation, support digital campaigns, and keep everything running smoothly.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

Fieldwork & Coordination

Schedule and confirm fieldworkers, venues, and equipment.

Prepare questionnaires, guides, consent forms, and briefing packs.

Monitor progress and escalate delays to the Fieldwork Manager.

Conduct pilot interviews and quality checks.


Project Administration

Keep project documents centralised and up to date.

Manage supplier contracts, invoices, and budget tracking.

Maintain Trello boards and MS Teams channels.

Ensure compliance with POPIA and company quality standards.


Social Media Campaign Support

Assist with planning and running META (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

Track campaign performance (CPC, completion rates).

Handle weekend cover for campaign changes.

Manage invoices and monthly campaign reports.


Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with suppliers, recruiters, and internal teams.

Compile project status reports and updates.

Support training, onboarding, and process improvement.





πŸŽ“ Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) completed.

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (completed or in progress).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong project coordination and administration skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Advantage: Experience with Trello, MS Teams, or data capture tools.
