Bidvest International Logistics is looking for a qualified and safety-conscious Reach Stacker Driver to join our warehousing team in Rosslyn. If you have a strong track record in container handling and a solid understanding of warehouse systems, this opportunity is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 45-ton capacity Reach Stacker for container loading/unloading
• Accurately process container movement transactions using WMS
• Ensure container placement meets daily movement targets
• Conduct daily machine checks and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Adhere to BIL’s SOPs, safety policies, and ISO standards
• Support the Supervisor and assist with yard organization and 5S practices

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Valid Code C45 license (45-ton capacity)
• 2–3 years’ Reach Stacker driving experience
• 2+ years using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for picking and binning

🧠 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of container handling and stacking
• Fault-finding and minor issue identification on machines
• Good communication (English reading, writing, and speaking)
• Safety-first mindset and flexibility for overtime
