Your Impact in This Role

In this role, you will be the data backbone of our Sales Team, ensuring that both corporate and retail channels have accurate, timely, and actionable reports to guide business decisions.

You’ll:

Compile weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports across all sales channels.

Consolidate and track channel submissions and applications with precision.

Provide year-to-date insights that highlight growth opportunities.

Ensure every report is delivered on time, accurate, and impactful.

Beyond reporting, you’ll be the key link between sales operations and business intelligence:

Monitor and coordinate the sales support mailbox to keep communication smooth.

Respond to stakeholder queries quickly and effectively.

Support the team by ensuring reporting systems and processes run seamlessly.

Skills That Set You Apart

2+ years’ experience in administration or sales support.

Strong knowledge of business processes, compliance, and reporting standards.

Advanced computer skills (Excel; SQL knowledge is a bonus).

NQF Level 5 Higher Certificate (or higher qualification).

Insurance/Financial Services experience advantageous.

Confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
