🔹 Your Background:

Grade 12 (Matric)

3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably within textiles, fashion, or garment manufacturing)

Demonstrated success in business development and client management

Fully bilingual with excellent communication & negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (willing to travel)

A strong sales mindset, time management skills & customer-first approach

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business

Handle customer communication (phone, email, and in-person) about orders, payments, and stock availability

Provide clients with accurate product information and exceptional customer service

Draft quotations, pro-forma invoices, and delivery notes

Process orders for both account and COD customers

Ensure credit clearance for account customers & confirm COD payments

Reconnect with inactive customers to revive sales opportunities

Assist with annual stock takes and general administration
