About the Opportunity
A well-established and reputable Automotive Group in Rustenburg is offering an exciting Sales Internship (YES Programme) for ambitious young graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in vehicle sales.
This 12-month internship provides hands-on dealership experience, structured training, and continuous mentorship within a professional sales environment. Successful interns will gain the practical skills and industry exposure needed to grow into qualified Vehicle Sales Executives.
Outstanding performance during the programme may lead to permanent employment after completion.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the dealership sales team, you will:
- Learn the full sales process within a motor dealership environment
- Participate in structured training modules and practical assignments
- Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced sales professionals
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Develop in-depth product and vehicle knowledge
- Assist with sales administration and reporting
- Work towards sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Work standard motor retail dealership hours

Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales, Communication Sciences, or a related field
- Must NOT have participated in a YES Programme previously
- Computer literate
- Available to start immediately
- Must reside in Rustenburg
Package & Benefits
- R5 600 basic salary per month
