🔒 Job Overview
Brink’s Company is looking for a Security Escort Driver to join their team in Gaborone.
You will play a key role in escorting armoured vehicles, ensuring safe deliveries, monitoring surroundings, and maintaining strict security procedures during operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Escort and support armoured vehicles during daily operations
- Ensure all equipment is available (radios, scanners, seals, documents, etc.)
- Conduct vehicle inspections (fuel, cleanliness, condition)
- Maintain constant communication with control room
- Assist driver in navigation and reversing in tight spaces
- Load and offload shipments securely
- Scan all shipments during collection and delivery
- Monitor surroundings for suspicious activity
- Follow approved routes and report any diversions
- Complete all required documentation accurately

No stops are allowed unless approved by management or control room.
📋 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Secondary Certificate)
- Code 10 / C1 Driver’s License
- Clean criminal record
- Medically fit
⭐ Advantage (Not Required)
- CIT (Cash-In-Transit) experience
- Security industry experience (guards or control room)
- Freight or logistics background
