Intern: HR Administrator

Location: Gauteng – Provincial Office
Stipend: R84,000.00 per annum
Duration: Twelve (12) Months Fixed Term Contract
Reporting To: Provincial Manager
Division: Enterprise Development Division

Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide effective and accurate administrative and coordination services related to HR Administration, Benefits, and Payroll within the HR Operations Unit.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide HR Administration, Benefits, and Payroll support.
  • Coordinate HR Operations Unit events and committees.
  • Administer third-party procurement and payment processes.
  • Maintain an accurate HR Operations filing and record management system.

Required Minimum Education:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and a three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, or Social Science.

Required Work Experience:

  • Not applicable – work experience exposure programme.

Reporting To: Branch Manager
Division: Enterprise Development Division

Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide relevant work experience aligned with the intern’s qualifications.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Learn how to provide business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises.
  • Learn how to conduct Business Diagnostics using relevant tools.
  • Learn how to facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies.
  • Learn how to monitor and evaluate client business improvement.

Required Minimum Qualification:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Business Management, Commerce, Engineering, or Project Management.

Required Work Experience:

  • Not applicable – work experience exposure programme.
