About the Role:
Catch Recruit is seeking a proactive Global Shipping & Client Service Specialist to join our team. You will manage international shipments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless experience for our global clients. This role combines strategic planning, project management, and client engagement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for international clients, providing professional and timely updates.
Develop and implement strategic shipping plans for high-value shipments.
Oversee the progress of multiple shipments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with internal support teams to streamline operations.
Identify potential challenges early and implement effective solutions.
Maintain exceptional client satisfaction through consistent communication and service.
Qualifications & Experience:
Undergraduate degree (commerce-focused preferred)
Honours degree is advantageous
2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or client service
Strong academic record
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Creative problem-solver, independent thinker, and resourceful
Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing environments
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
