Position Overview

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• At least 6 months’ retail experience (essential)
• Strong teamwork skills
• Good communication abilities
• Customer-focused approach
• Positive and energetic attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Assist customers with product enquiries, locating items, and completing purchases
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including shelves and displays
• Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, neatly packed, and attractively presented
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Adhere to store policies, safety standards, and loss-prevention procedures
• Support colleagues with general store and ad hoc duties as required
