🛍️ About the Role
Clicks Group Limited is looking for a customer-focused Shop Assistant / Cashier to join their Maun store. The successful candidate will deliver service excellence through efficient point of sale (POS) operations, merchandising, and outstanding customer service—ensuring every shopper enjoys a positive in-store experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process transactions at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and handling payments, including actioning ClubCard rewards.
- Safely manage and reconcile cash at all times.
- Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks ClubCard programme to meet participation targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance value.
- Deliver friendly, professional service as a brand ambassador.
- Execute merchandising and housekeeping duties according to store standards.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.
- Support the company’s vision of being the first choice health and beauty retailer.

Education:

- Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level (Desirable)
