Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all point-of-sale activities accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure precision when scanning items, processing payments, and managing ClubCard rewards.
• Handle cash securely at all times.
• Actively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard program to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to encourage sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a professional and approachable brand ambassador.
• Maintain store standards through merchandising and housekeeping tasks.
• Support the company’s vision of being the preferred health and beauty retailer by demonstrating and living its values.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
