About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sprayer Operator to safely apply bituminous products while ensuring efficiency and quality. If you have experience in handling bitumen spray equipment and are committed to maintaining high operational standards, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product Handling & Application

• Load bituminous products into haulers and distributors
• Operate spray equipment according to company procedures
• Conduct volumetric checks during spraying to ensure accuracy

🔹 Equipment Maintenance & Safety

• Regularly flush and clean the spraybar to prevent contamination
• Follow the flushing matrix to maintain equipment integrity
• Keep the vehicle exterior clean at all times

🔹 Operational Efficiency

• Receive and verify product deliveries from haulers
• Ensure correct application rates by performing tank dips

Qualifications & Experience

✔️ Matric (Grade 12)
✔️ 1-3 years of relevant experience in sprayer operations
