Are you organized, reliable, and experienced in stock control?
Greenway Farms is looking for a dedicated Storeman to support our production team by ensuring that all production materials are efficiently received, stored, and distributed. You’ll play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels to keep operations flowing without delay.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

📦 Receiving Materials

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock (production materials, parts, etc.)
• Ensure accurate recording and quality control of deliveries

📚 Storing & Organizing Inventory

• Store materials in designated areas with safety and accessibility in mind
• Maintain clean, organized, and optimized storage conditions

🚚 Issuing Production Stock

• Fulfill stock requests from the production team promptly
• Log all issued stock and maintain updated records
• Prepare and deliver materials for daily production use

📊 Inventory Control

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits
• Use inventory software to update and monitor stock levels
• Alert the Production/Farm Manager about low stock or discrepancies

🛠️ Safety & Equipment

• Follow all safety protocols in the stores environment
• Report hazards and ensure storage equipment is properly maintained

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Certificate in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory Management
• Forklift Driving Certificate (valid)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse operations
• At least 1 year experience using inventory management software
