About the Role

Proactive Mining & Supplies is seeking a reliable and experienced Storeman to manage and maintain stock control within our engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and issue goods in and out of the store.
• Conduct regular and accurate stock takes.
• Capture and update stock movements using a computer-based system.
• Maintain organized and efficient storage areas.
• Ensure all stock transactions are properly documented and traceable.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Storeman, preferably within the engineering sector.
• Computer literate and able to operate inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock records.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Traceable employment track record.
• Sober habits and a reliable work ethic.
