We are looking for a Storeman to manage our engineering maintenance store with precision, efficiency, and accountability. This role is crucial to maintaining stock levels, preventing loss, and ensuring smooth building maintenance operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise technical/non-technical stock.
• Receive, issue, and accurately record stock using Infor EAM.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure integrity.
• Support procurement by securing cost-effective, quality parts.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Comply with SHEQ standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

🧠 Skills & Experience

• 2 years’ experience in a technical environment (e.g., handyman, artisan, or clerical support).
• Strong knowledge of technical building maintenance materials.
• Proficient in MS Office and Infor EAM stock systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

🎓 Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Understanding of purchasing processes and inventory control.
