Position Overview:
We are seeking a Stores Person (Warehouse Worker) to join our Phoenix branch located at 7 Markhouse Place, Phoenix, KZN. This is a full-time position, requiring work from Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offload stock from containers, trucks, and vans.
  • Inspect and verify goods received.
  • Move and organize bulk inventory within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and check stock accurately.
  • Prepare and package freight parcels.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order.
  • Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure warehouse safety and security.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy stock items.
  • Excellent accuracy with stock numbers and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Product knowledge of automotive spare parts.
  • Previous experience in a medium to large warehouse.
  • Basic mechanical or technical understanding.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Valid forklift licence.
  • Health and Safety, First Aid, or Firefighting certifications.
