Role Purpose

This internship is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key support role within the Agreements Support team, contributing to efficient service delivery and helping to build a strong foundation for sales enablement.


Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant NQF Level 6 business-related tertiary qualification
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); Afrikaans is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Internship Duration: 12 months (fully office-based)

During the programme, the intern will gain practical exposure to daily operational activities by providing administrative support, including:

  • Setting up and maintaining effective filing systems (electronic and/or manual) to ensure proper document control and easy retrieval
  • Assisting with the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports
  • Capturing, updating, and maintaining accurate information on relevant systems and databases

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery and ensure fair client outcomes
  • Contributing to a culture of best practice, continuous improvement, teamwork, and learning
  • Taking ownership of personal development by identifying skills gaps and participating in training and development initiatives
