🔧 What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair appliances efficiently, ensuring completion on the first visit.

Prioritize urgent service calls and respond quickly to management escalations.

Keep customers updated on job progress and parts availability.

Achieve monthly job completion targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Collaborate with colleagues and use networks to get the job done.

Represent Defy’s brand image through professional, customer-focused service.

📌 What We’re Looking For

Trade Tested Artisan (N3 or Domestic Appliance Repair Level 4).

Proven experience in troubleshooting appliances and liaising with customers.

Electrical Wireman’s Licence & Licensed Gas Appliance Installer.

Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to work in the field.

Computer literate with strong communication skills (English + another language preferred).

Customer-focused, results-driven, and positive attitude.
