A reputable law firm based in Pretoria East is looking for a Temporary Driver to join their professional team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-presented, and capable of managing both driving and light administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Professional, courteous, and discreet when dealing with VIP clients.
• Must reside in or near Pretoria East.
• Willingness to work overtime when required (e.g., starting at 6 a.m. or working until 6 p.m.).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver mail and documents, including DOCEX runs.
• Transport VIP clients safely and professionally.
• Purchase and manage office supplies and small equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records by issuing and signing out items.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry using Excel and Word.
• Handle ad hoc errands as needed.
