Salary: R9 000 – R10 000 per month

Job Summary:
Our client, a well-established law firm based in Pretoria East, is seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary Driver to join their professional team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, well-presented, and capable of handling various driving and administrative responsibilities with discretion.

Requirements:

• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and courteous manner, especially when dealing with VIP clients
• Resides in or near Pretoria East
• Willingness to work overtime when required (e.g., early starts at 6 a.m. or late finishes at 6 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver documents (including DOCEX) and post office runs
• Transport VIP clients in a professional and respectful manner
• Purchase office supplies and minor equipment as needed
• Manage stock issuance and maintain accurate records
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry on Excel and Word
• Handle additional errands and ad hoc tasks as required

Salary: R9 000 – R10 000 per month
