Expression of Interest Now Open

The Services SETA invites employers and unemployed graduates to register their interest in The PowerX², a national internship programme aimed at placing 20 000 university and TVET graduates into structured 24-month workplace experience opportunities across South Africa.

This initiative is designed to strengthen the link between education and employment by providing graduates with meaningful, hands-on work exposure, while supporting employers in developing sustainable future talent pipelines. Graduates from all fields of qualification are encouraged to apply, with placements aligned to employer requirements.
