Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 / ABET Level 1 qualification.
• Valid Code C driver’s licence.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut and maintain grass on sports fields and surrounding areas.
• Transport raw materials as required.
• Clean, store, and maintain machinery and horticultural equipment.
• Report damages, faults, or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Water gardens, prepare flower beds, and cut lawns using tanks and garden tools.
• Perform general painting and minor duties as part of the winter programme.
• Comply with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Uphold the Batho Pele Principles in service delivery.
