Are you a motivated young South African looking to build a future in the world of manufacturing? Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is calling on passionate individuals to apply for a Packaging Learnership in our Manufacturing & Technical Department.
As a learner, you will work closely with the Training Controller while gaining both practical experience and a formal qualification – National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3).

- Bottling processes and procedures
- Safety and housekeeping standards
- Quality testing and specifications
- Best practices in food handling
✅ Do You Have What It Takes?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics (NOT Mathematical Literacy) – 50% or higher
- Physical Sciences – 50% or higher
- Two South African languages – 40% or higher
- Must be unemployed at time of application
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Age between 18 – 35 years
- Employment Equity candidates preferred
- N5/N6 qualifications will be a bonus
Important: You must not have completed the same learnership at any other organization.
