About the Role
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Utilities Operator to join our Manufacturing team in Midrand. This role will report directly to the Plant Engineer.
Key Purpose:
To provide technical support to the manufacturing division by performing maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the boiler system and hot water supply.
- Perform machine maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct quality tests and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate a forklift when required.
- Complete data sheets and maintain records.
- Troubleshoot situational problems with a proactive approach.
- Uphold safety, housekeeping, and hygiene standards.
- Manage your own performance and development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Recognized Trade Test in Millwright, Electrical, or Mechanical.
- N3 or higher in a relevant technical field.
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant technical experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
