Position Overview
A permanent, full-time opportunity is available for a reliable Vehicle Delivery Driver. Applicants must be South African citizens with a clean criminal record and a valid driver’s licence. Verification checks will be conducted on shortlisted candidates.
Salary & Working Hours
- Basic Salary: R7 471 (non-negotiable)
- Benefits: Provident Fund + December bonus
- Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:00
- Saturday: 08:00–13:00
Minimum Requirements
- Clean criminal record and valid driver’s licence (checks will be done)
- Proven delivery driving experience with references
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and confidently use GPS
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Key Duties
- Collect and deliver packages and transfer items between branches
- Confirm delivery addresses before dispatch to avoid errors
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
- Secure all items safely during transit
- Obtain recipient signatures to confirm successful delivery
- Collect payments when required and ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate delivery records for all items delivered
