Position: Delivery Driver – Johannesburg CBD

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Clean criminal record (verification will be conducted).
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence (checks will be done).
• Proven delivery driving experience with traceable references.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Able to work under pressure and operate GPS devices effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Appointment & Working Conditions

• Type: Permanent, full-time.
• Salary: R8 041 basic (non-negotiable).
• Benefits: Provident Fund and December bonus.
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00

Key Duties

• Pick up and deliver packages according to instructions and branch requirements.
• Verify delivery addresses and destinations prior to departing.
• Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Secure packages to prevent damage during transportation.
• Obtain recipient signatures to confirm successful delivery.
• Collect payments when required and verify accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries completed.
