Your Role

As a Warehouse Checker/Picking Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our parts distribution, ensuring all local and imported components are received, inspected, and stored efficiently. Your expertise will help us meet strict dealer order deadlines and maintain a smooth supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Inspect and label all received parts, ensuring they’re damage-free and correctly stored.
✅ Process airfreight, backorders, and VOR requests within 4 hours to maintain efficiency.
✅ Plan storage for new model parts, optimizing warehouse space.
✅ Ensure FIFO compliance and complete binning accurately.
✅ Pick and release dealer orders on time for seamless dispatch.
✅ Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks.
✅ Conduct bin and part checks, supporting 98.5% bin face accuracy.
✅ Process dealer returns promptly and follow claims adjudication procedures.
✅ Work one of two shifts: 07:30 – 16:00 OR 12:00 – 20:00.
✅ Actively participate in daily startup meetings and maintain 5S principles.

What You Need to Succeed

✔ Matric (with Mathematics & English)
✔ Valid Forklift Driver’s License
✔ 2-3 years of experience in an automotive warehouse environment
