Warehouse Driver (Code 10)

Absolute Pets, South Africa’s leading premium pet foods and accessories retailer with over 180 stores nationwide, is looking for a Code 10 Warehouse Driver to join their team in Kempton Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to stores on time according to the daily route schedule.
• Ensure departures from the warehouse are no later than 09:00 (Monday–Friday).
• Load the delivery vehicle neatly and in alignment with the daily route plan.
• Verify all food items and stock during loading.
• Ensure accurate stock delivery to each store and confirm items with store staff upon arrival.
• Handle products carefully during loading/offloading to minimise damage.
• Report any delivery discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Check, verify, and record all returned stock against the IBT document, noting any variances.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Report vehicle damage or maintenance issues immediately.
• Uphold company values through professional conduct and work ethic.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP
• Previous experience as a delivery driver
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
