Job Overview
KFC Rohloff Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join its warehouse operations team. The role focuses on the accurate picking, packing and preparation of stock for dispatch, while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality and food-handling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders in line with specifications and delivery timelines
• Check product quality and quantities prior to packing
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling, wrapping and securing items for transport
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with stock handling, inventory checks, shelf replenishment and bin management
• Use scanners and follow Warehouse Management System (WMS) procedures for order tracking
• Comply with all health, safety and food safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity targets and deadlines

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Good time management skills with the ability to meet daily targets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Team-oriented approach with effective communication skills
• Problem-solving ability to address issues promptly
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality standards
