Job Opportunity: Contact Centre Position at WeBuyCars
Location: Silver Lakes, South Africa
Overview:
WeBuyCars is seeking a young, energetic individual to join our Contact Centre team at the Silver Lakes branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and manage strong customer relationships
-Provide detailed information on products and services
-Address and resolve customer-related issues during your shift
-Take full responsibility for handling customer queries
Skills and Competencies:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
-Customer service oriented with a team-player mindset
-Able to work effectively under pressure
-A background in vehicle mechanics is required
Additional Requirements:
-Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
-At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
-Background in mechanics or technical knowledge is an advantage
-Previous experience in the motor industry is beneficial
