About the Role:
Pump and Abrasion Technologies is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardman to join our team in Centurion. The successful candidate will assist in general yard, warehouse, and factory operations, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are handled efficiently and safely to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist warehouse and factory staff with daily operational tasks.
• Deliver and collect materials and equipment as required to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, tools, and machinery.
• Perform manual labour, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.
• Operate machinery and equipment when required.
• Comply with all health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Operate a forklift to move products and materials safely (if licensed).
• Provide general support to team members across departments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 11 or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a General Worker, Yard Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of general labour practices and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
