π Apprenticeship Overview
AFGRI is offering 40 apprenticeship positions for:
- Tractor Mechanics
- Earthmoving Mechanics
This is a 3-year structured training programme combining practical and theoretical learning.
π What Youβll Gain

- First 6 months = probation period
- Formal apprenticeship contract after probation

- Possible Saturday classes
- On-the-job workplace training
πΌ Duties
- Repair and maintain tractors or earthmoving equipment
- Perform stock control
- Assist with customer service
- General workshop duties
π Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with:
- English
- Mathematics or Technical Mathematics (NOT Maths Literacy)
- Valid driverβs license
- Computer literacy
- Good communication & admin skills
