Alert Engine Parts is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join their East Rand team. This role focuses on the safe and efficient delivery of goods, ensuring all company procedures and customer service standards are followed.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 3 years delivery driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit) – essential
- Good time management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Honest, responsible, and dependable
- Sober habits
- Clear criminal record
📦 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections before departure and after return
- Report any faults or issues before leaving the premises
- Assist with loading parcels according to dispatch procedures
- Deliver goods according to assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure all deliveries follow Proof of Delivery (POD) procedures
- Manage and return all trip sheets and delivery documents accurately
- Report delivery issues to the dispatch supervisor
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
- Follow all company delivery and compliance processes
