About the Role

Tsebo Facilities Solutions is hiring a skilled Handyman to support day-to-day maintenance operations. This includes planned preventative maintenance, reactive tasks, and ad hoc repairs โ€” all to ensure facilities run efficiently and safely. Availability after hours may be required on arrangement.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery

  • Perform general repairs: plumbing, painting, welding, carpentry, etc.
  • Maintain and repair building interiors, furniture, fittings, and equipment.
  • Complete work safely and maintain a clean, tidy workspace.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Monitor sub-contractors and ensure compliance with OHS Act.

Service Delivery & Compliance

  • Meet performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate records (maintenance, warranties, etc.).

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to client requests and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Reporting

  • Submit timely weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
  • Ensure all records are up to date.
