🔧 What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain manual and automatic packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Execute production plans and meet daily targets
- Monitor performance and quality standards — and act when things go off track
- Record and report on packaging processes and corrective actions
- Manage PIMS & POMS systems and analyze trends
- Use OFRs to solve process issues when triggered
- Contribute insights to AB reports and team improvements
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean work environment
🧠 What You’ll Bring
- Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric
- Preferred: Post-matric qualification (e.g., N4/National Diploma)
- Bonus: IOB Certificate
- Training: Minimum of 9 months on-the-job training + SKAP completed within 12 months
- Experience: Prior work in a Packaging FMCG environment
