This is an exciting early-career opportunity designed for recent graduates passionate about digital learning, coaching, and human capital development. If you’re a go-getter with an eye on the future, this 24-month development journey will immerse you in real-world projects and innovations in learning technology, data, and people development.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

1. Drive Digital Learning Experience and Adoption

  • Implement digital learning strategies across the Energy Business.
  • Curate engaging digital content and lead internal learning campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on learning platform adoption (miGrowth / Percipio).
  • Publish digital learning content like Learning on the Go and the Monthly Learning Connection magazine.

2. Build Digital Skills in L&D

  • Design and implement a digital capabilities framework for the L&D team.
  • Support training initiatives in Data Analysis, Visualization, and other digital skill sets.

3. Develop Coaching & Mentoring Programmes

  • Establish structured coaching and mentoring governance and frameworks.
  • Manage screening, training, and evaluation of technical coaches.
  • Maintain a database of qualified coaches for future business use.

4. Boost Team Communication & Effectiveness

  • Keep the L&D SharePoint and intranet fresh and relevant.
  • Lead feedback surveys and drive action plans with stakeholders.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion feedback integration and follow-up.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Economics, or Management Sciences
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Exposure to digital learning platforms (LXP), data tools, or frameworks is a strong advantage

  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with LXP platforms and data visualization tools
  • Framework Development: Ability to support capability and coaching framework creation
