Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified, driven, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Unit Administrator. The successful candidate will manage patient and general administrative responsibilities, including posting, filing, and data entry. This role plays a key part in enhancing both staff and patient experiences while contributing to NRC’s overall success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all patient administration tasks accurately and within company deadlines.
  • Follow financial policies and procedures daily (e.g., billing, confirmations, stock, waste, private patient accounts).
  • Oversee compliance with HR and payroll processes in the unit.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining effective communication with staff, stakeholders, and patients.
  • Ensure staff are trained and informed about administrative functions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of administration procedures and systems.
  • Demonstrate and uphold NRC values in all duties.

Requirements & Experience

  • Grade 12 with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering quality results.
  • High standards of integrity and ethical behaviour.
