🔍 About the Apprenticeship
Kickstart your career as a qualified artisan through this structured apprenticeship programme. You’ll gain both hands-on experience and theoretical training aligned with merSETA standards, leading to a recognized trade qualification (NQF Level 4).
This opportunity is specifically aimed at local candidates near Kriel Power Station, supporting community development in Mpumalanga.
🛠️ What You’ll Gain
- Full apprenticeship training (practical + theoretical)

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required merSETA training modules
- Perform tasks assigned by your Mentor/Training Officer
- Assist with production and site work
- Work toward passing your trade test
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) and Physical Science OR N2
- N2 Engineering subjects (advantageous)
- Must be physically and medically fit
- Clear criminal record
- Age 35 years or younger
- Must live within 50 km of Kriel Power Station
- Willing to relocate to Bethal if needed (no transport/accommodation provided)
