Minimum Requirements:

• A+ or N+ certification; OR
• Information Technology & Computer Science Level 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend and request computer parts when necessary
• Install and maintain software and internet connections
• Provide network support for campus and head office
• Conduct basic printer repairs or recommend external servicing
• Assist with maintenance of computers and printers in administration offices (campus or head office)
• Support network operations across administration units
• Maintain staff workstations, computers, and printers
• Attend to computer-related tasks as requested by campus management
