🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Production:

• Monitor processing parameters
• Set production standards
• Track rejects and scrap levels
• Assist with plant trials
• Ensure all production checklists are completed

Quality:

• Assist with new product and formulation development
• Test incoming raw materials (FIFO system)
• Report production results via SharePoint
• Maintain quality standards

Safety:

• Promote and maintain safe working conditions
• Ensure compliance with safety practices
